Robert Bourquein, DDS
Dr. Robert Bourquein is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral &Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Bourquein received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Baylor University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Bourquein practiced General Dentistry for two years with his father in Houston, Texas and then moved to Fredericksburg, Texas where he continued to practice General Dentistry for an additional nine years. He then entered the Orthodontic residency program in Houston, Texas and completed his training in 1995 where he received his Master’s degree in Orthodontics. Dr. Bourquein then completed a Fellowship program in 1996 in Craniofacial Abnormalities and Dentofacial Deformities at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He currently has a private practice in Fredericksburg, Texas where he enjoys golf, tennis, and running.
